Energy Assistance asbl\/vzw was set up in Belgium in 2001 by employees of Tractebel, Electrabel and Fabricom to share their skills and know-how in the service of humanitarian projects aimed at populations with limited or no access to essential energy services, on all continents.<\/p>\n

Today, EA brings together volunteers (both retired and active) from the Group’s energy business sectors and from Belgian network distributors.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Over the past 24 years, more than 200 volunteers have taken part in field missions in 47 countries. Numerous volunteers also support our association through their regular or one-off actions, in many more administrative areas such as accounting, legal affairs, communications, translations, etc.
