Electrification, using photovoltaic panels, of the clinic in Alichur, south-west Murghab, and of the clinic in Rangkul, north-east Murghab, in the Pamir Mountains of eastern Tajikistan.
The main difficulties were the obstacles of all sorts we encountered getting across the various borders, the altitude (4000 m) and the rough living conditions.
Our volunteers found that the facilities set up in Murghab in 2010 were still working perfectly.
